17 Plaintiffs are proceeding in this matter pro se and pre-trial proceedings are accordingly referred to the undersigned pursuant to Local Rule 302(c)(21). This case was removed to federal court on July 21, 2025. ECF No. 1. Defendant Freedom Mortgage Corporation filed a motion to dismiss. ECF No. 13. Plaintiffs did not oppose the motion, and the undersigned vacated the hearing and issued an order to show cause why the case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. ECF No. 18.
