Plaintiffs seek an order from the Court scheduling a CMC so that discovery may commence in this action. Id. at 2. Plaintiffs explain that the current matter has been pending for approximately eighteen months, and they wish to avoid further delay in conducting discovery. Id. at 3–5. “A party is generally not permitted to obtain discovery without a court order before the parties…
