On October 9, 2025, the Court issued a notice informing Plaintiff that he did not pay the appropriate filing fee or a request to proceed without prepayment of the filing fee with supporting declaration and directed Plaintiff to submit the required form or pay the filing fee4 within thirty (30) days.
