Rabb (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Currently before the Court is Defendant’s motion for terminating sanctions, filed August 5, 2025. (ECF No. 55.) Plaintiff did not file a response or otherwise oppose Defendant’s motion, and the deadline to do so has now expired. The motion is deemed submitted. Local Rule 230(l). II.
