12 Sidney Hsu brings this Private Securities Litigation Reform Act (“PSLRA”) securities class action on behalf of himself and a group of similarly situated individuals who purchased PubMatic, Inc. (“PubMatic”) securities between February 27, 2025 and August 11, 2025. (Dkt. No. 1.) Now pending before the Court are Julie Kim’s and Mr. Hsu’s motions to be appointed lead plaintiff. (Dkt. Nos. 17, 20.) Having carefully considered the parties’ submissions, the Court concludes oral argument is unnecessary, see N.D. Cal. Civ. L.R. 7-1(b), VACATES the December 4, 2025 oral argument, GRANTS Mr. Hsu’s motion to be lead plaintiff, and appoints Glancy Prongay & Murray LLP as lead counsel. (Dkt. No. 20.)
