16 I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Sabrina Paula Graziano brought this lemon law action against 19 Defendant General Motors LLC in state court. (Notice Removal (“NOR”) Ex. A 20 (“Compl.”), Dkt. No. 1-1.) General Motors removed the action to this Court pursuant 21 to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. (NOR 3, Dkt. No. 1.) Graziano now moves to remand under 22 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c). (Mot. Remand (“Motion” or “Mot.”), Dkt. No. 15.) For the 23 following reasons, the Court GRANTS Graziano’s Motion.1 24 25 26
