FRESNO COUNTY, et al., Defendants. 16 Currently before the Court is Defendants Fresno County and Fresno County Sheriff’s Department’s motion for protective order to stay discovery under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(c). (Doc. 86.) Plaintiffs opposed the motion on August 15, 2025. (Doc. 92.) Defendants replied on August 27, 2025. (Doc. 97.) The Court found the motion suitable for decision without oral argument pursuant to Local Rule 230(g) and vacated the hearing set for October 10, 2025. (Doc. 103.)
