Nos. 5, 9, 28 Defendant. 11 This is one of many proceedings filed by plaintiff Kevin Woodruff (on behalf of himself and/or Wanag Tahatan-Bey and Tanya Stutson)1 alleging improprieties in connection with the mortgage financing and foreclosure on a property located at 2013 Mt. Hamilton Drive, Antioch, California (the “Property”).
