On December 3, 2025, Petitioner filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, and an Ex Parte Motion for Temporary Restraining Order, against Field Office Director of the San Francisco Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office Sergio Albarran, Acting Director of United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement Todd Lyons, Secretary of the United States Department of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, and Attorney General of the United States Pamela Bondi.
