Factual Background1 3 Plaintiff Diego Diaz is an individual residing in California. Dkt. No. 1-1 ¶ 2(“Compl.”). 4 Defendant General Motors LLC is a Delaware Limited Liability Company. Id. ¶ 4. 5 Plaintiff purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 in July 2021. Compl. Id. ¶¶ 7, 9. Plaintiff 6 received various warranties in connection with the purchase. Id. ¶ 11.
