13 On December 5, 2025, defendant Debbie Alice Thompson removed this unlawful detainer action from the Santa Clara County Superior Court. Dkt. No. 1. As reflected in Ms. Thompson’s filing, plaintiff U.S. Bank National Association (“U.S. Bank”) initiated this action in Santa Clara County Superior Court, Case No. 25CV463515, against defendants Debbie Alice Thompson, Albert Gordon Brown, Tiffany A. Thompson, Shengyu Wang, and several placeholder Doe defendants (collectively, “defendants”), alleging that defendants failed to vacate a property in Monte Sereno, California following a foreclosure sale on the property on January 19, 2022.
