ECF No. 17. 16 Plaintiffs filed a statement of non-opposition. ECF No. 30. NII has not filed a response. The 17 Court finds this matter suitable for disposition without oral argument and VACATES the 18 December 18, 2025 hearing. See Civ. L.R. 7-1(b).
