Defendants. 14 StarTop SPV – Long Angle Investments LLC (“Long Angle”) is a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business located in Dallas, Texas. It brings this action against Startop Investments (“Startop”), Andrew Adler, David Hardcastle, as well as many individuals and entities related to Adler and Hardcastle, alleging violations of various federal and state laws in connection with a loan that was made to Bitwise.
