18 Petitioner is a federal immigration detainee proceeding pro se with a petition for writ of 19 habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. 20 On August 25, 2025, Petitioner filed the instant federal petition for writ of habeas corpus, 21 claiming asylum and requesting withholding of removal under the Convention Against Torture 22 (“CAT”).
