17 Background Plaintiffs Tracy Nolan and Nolan Enterprises, LLC (“Plaintiffs”) initiated this action with the filing of a complaint on November 25, 2024, in the Kern County Superior Court, case number BCV-24-104080. (Doc. 1). Defendant U.S. Bank National Association (“Defendant”)1 removed the case to this Court on September 10, 2025. Id.
