14 v. 15 SWAN ENGINEERING, et al., 16 Defendants. 17 18 This case is about the duties owed under an indemnity agreement. Plaintiff 19 Philadelphia Insurance Company filed suit alleging Defendants Swan Engineering, 20 Liberty Pipeline Solutions, Brooke Swanson, and Justin Robert Swanson breached 21 their duty to indemnify Philadelphia after Philadelphia settled two lawsuits on their 22 behalf. Plaintiff now moves for summary judgment, or, in the alternative, summary 23 adjudication on its claims against Defendants. (MSJ (ECF No. 30)).
