Plaintiff Philadelphia Insurance Company filed suit alleging Defendants Swan Engineering, Liberty Pipeline Solutions, Brooke Swanson, and Justin Robert Swanson breached their duty to indemnify Philadelphia after Philadelphia settled two lawsuits on their behalf. Plaintiff now moves for summary judgment, or, in the alternative, summary adjudication on its claims against Defendants. (MSJ (ECF No. 30)).
