No. 13) 16 17 This matter came before the court on October 21, 2025 for hearing on the motion to withdraw as counsel of record for plaintiff Nhu Dinh Tran filed by attorney Kyle H. Tang on September 11, 2025. (Doc. No. 13.) Attorney Kyle H. Tang appeared on behalf of plaintiff and attorney William Bittner appeared on behalf of defendant. For the reasons explained below, the court will grant attorney Tang’s motion. BACKGROUND Plaintiff filed his complaint in the Sacramento County Superior Court on August 7, 2024. (Doc. No. 1 at 5.)
