17 18 Plaintiff Daronta Tyrone Lewis is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis is this closed 19 action. 20 I. BACKGROUND 21 On May 17, 2021, Plaintiff filed a document titled “Rule 41(2)(1) Fed. R. Civ. P., Rule 22 41(a)(2) Fed. R. Civ. P., Voluntary Motion to Dismiss with Stipulation of Entry Without 23 Prejudice.
