15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, brings this civil rights action 18 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate 19 Judge pursuant to the Eastern District of California’s Local Rule 302. On July 8, 2025, 20 the Magistrate Judge filed Findings and Recommendations, which were served on 21 Plaintiff and which contained notice that Plaintiff could file objections within the time 22 stated therein. (ECF No. 21.) Plaintiff filed timely objections to the Findings and 23 Recommendations. (ECF No. 22.) 24 In accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1) and Local Rule 304(f), this Court has 25 conducted a de novo review of this case.
