OFFICER GREG RODRIGUEZ, ACTING WARDEN MICHAEL (Docs. 16, 35) PALLARES, Defendants. 17 On September 29, 2025, the assigned Magistrate Judge issued Findings and Recommendations granting Defendant Pallares’ motion to dismiss, but allowing Plaintiff leave to amend her Eighth Amendment claim against Defendant Pallares. (Doc. 35 at 1.) The Court served the Findings and Recommendations on the parties and notified them that any objections were to be filed within 14 days. (Id. at 12.) The Court also warned the parties that failure to timely file objections “may result in the waiver of certain rights on appeal.” (Id. (citing Wilkerson v. Wheeler, 772 F.3d 834, 839 (9th Cir. 2014).)
