Plaintiff Michael Benanti is appearing pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action. I. INTRODUCTION On August 22, 2025, the Court issued its First Screening Order. (Doc. 44.) The undersigned found Plaintiff failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. (Id. at 5- 13.) Plaintiff was granted leave to file an amended complaint and provided relevant legal standards. (Id.)
