21 Plaintiff Ana Lilia Garibay Figueroa appeals a final decision of the Commissioner of Social 22 Security denying her application for supplemental security income (SSI) under Title XVI of the 23 Social Security Act.1 24

II. Factual and Procedural Background

25 On July 6, 2018, Plaintiff protectively applied for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) 26 benefits under Title XVI of the Social Security Act (Act), 42 U.S.C. § 1382c. The application was 27
