ZUNIGA, ORDER 15 Defendant. 16 17 Plaintiff Ronnie Winn (“Plaintiff”), a prisoner proceeding pro se, brings this civil rights 18 action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge 19 pursuant to Eastern District of California local rules. 20 On September 10, 2025, the Magistrate Judge filed findings and recommendations which 21 were served on the parties, and which contained notice that the parties may file objections within 22 fourteen (14) days. (ECF No. 49.) This deadline has passed and no objections to the findings and 23 recommendations have been filed. 24 The Court presumes that any findings of fact are correct. See Orand v. United States, 602 25 F.2d 207, 208 (9th Cir. 1979). The magistrate judge’s conclusions of law are reviewed de novo. 26 See Robbins v.
