On October 22, 2025, the Court ordered Plaintiff to show cause (“OSC”) 25 in writing why sanctions should not be imposed for Plaintiff’s failure to prosecute, failure to serve 26 the summons and complaint in a timely manner, failure to promptly file proof of service, and 27 failure to timely file a scheduling report.
