18 19 Plaintiff Prince Paul Raymond Williams (“Plaintiff”) is proceeding pro se and in forma 20 pauperis. Plaintiff filed the Complaint commencing this action on August 7, 2025. (ECF No. 1). 21 Plaintiff filed a First Amended Complaint on September 18, 2025. (ECF No. 13). Plaintiff’s First Amended Complaint is 110 pages long. It asserts 14 causes of action 22 against eight defendants.
