16 THIRTY DAYS 17 18 Plaintiff Kevin Hagan is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights 19 action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On January 28, 2025, Plaintiff filed an initial 20 complaint alleging that he was denied proper medical care while incarcerated and that CDCR 21 was retaliating against him for his prior lawsuits. (ECF No. 1). On June 24, 2025, the Court 22 screened Plaintiff’s complaint, found that the complaint failed to state any cognizable claims, 23 and gave Plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint.
