On August 18, 2025, the assigned magistrate judge issued findings 20 and recommendations recommending that plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma pauperis be 21 denied pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g) and that plaintiff be required to pay the filing fee in full to 22 proceed with this action. Doc. 8. 23 On September 22, 2025, the Court adopted the findings and recommendations and ordered 24 plaintiff to pay the $405.00 filing fee in full within twenty-one (21) days. Doc. 9. Plaintiff was 25 warned that if he failed to pay the filing fee within the specified time, this action would be 26 dismissed without further notice.…
