ORDER 14 ROBERT WILBURN, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff, who is proceeding pro se, brings this civil action. Pending before the 18 Court are Plaintiff’s motion for 60-day extension of time and motion for reconsideration. See 19 ECF Nos. 12 and 13. 20 21 As a preliminary matter, the undersigned will grant Plaintiff’s motion for a 60-day 22 extension of time to file a third amended complaint. As to Plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration, 23 given the Court provided Plaintiff leave to amend, the Court has already provided the relief 24 Plaintiff seeks. Therefore, the undersigned will deny Plaintiff’s motion. 25 In the motion for reconsideration, Plaintiff raises a number of issues largely related 26 to the claims this Court found to be incurable in ECF No. 11.
