For the reasons set forth herein, the Court grants 19 the motion in part, denies the motion in part, and resets the pre-trial dispositive motion deadline 20 to December 15, 2025. 21 PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND 22 On May 23, 2025, prior to Defendant’s response due date, the Court entered an order 23 deferring a ruling on the motion and ordering the parties to meet telephonically and confer in 24 good faith to resolve the outstanding discovery dispute.1 (Doc.
