OFFICER HOSEY, (Doc. No. 55) Defendant. 16 Pending before the Court is Plaintiff Gary Lee Beavers’ Motion to Compel Discovery filed May 12, 2025. (Doc. No. 55, “motion”). For the reasons set forth herein, the Court grants the motion in part, denies the motion in part, and resets the pre-trial dispositive motion deadline to December 15, 2025. PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND On May 23, 2025, prior to Defendant’s response due date, the Court entered an order deferring a ruling on the motion and ordering the parties to meet telephonically and confer in good faith to resolve the outstanding discovery dispute.
