(Docs. 64, 68, 69) 16 17 Pending before the Court1 is the motion of Defendants Kern County Hospital Authority 18 (“KCHA”), Jaspreet Singh, and Leona Martin-Morales (collectively, the “Hospital Defendants”) to 19 dismiss all state law claims against them asserted in the operative, consolidated amended complaint. 20 (Doc. 51).
