16 On September 22, 2025, Plaintiff Shermarrie Rivers, who is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, filed a complaint against Marry Israel. (ECF No. 1.) On September 23, 2025, the Court granted Plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma pauperis. (ECF No. 4.) On October 8, 2025, the Court screened the complaint and found that it failed to state a claim. (ECF No. 6.) The Court gave Plaintiff leave to amend, and she timely filed an amended complaint. (ECF No. 9.) The Court now undertakes screening of the first amended complaint, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A.
