17 18 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding without counsel. By order filed September 22, 19 2025, the court revoked plaintiff’s in forma pauperis status and ordered plaintiff to pay the filing 20 fee and administrative fee totaling $405.00 within 30 days to proceed in this action. The time 21 granted has expired and plaintiff has failed to pay the court costs as ordered by the court. Thus, 22 this action should be dismissed without prejudice. 23 For the reasons set forth above, it is RECOMMENDED as follows: 24 1. This action be dismissed for plaintiff’s failure to pay the filing fee. 25 2. The Clerk of the Court be directed to close this case. 26 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 27 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).…
