ECF No. 22. For the reasons set forth below, the motion to compel is GRANTED. I. Allegations in the Complaint This case was filed on September 16, 2024. ECF No. 1. The complaint alleges that Jeremiah Wright (Wright), whose estate and surviving family members have brought this action, died while in custody at the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Detention Center on May 27, 2024.
