In this action brought under California state law, alleging breach of warranty and fraudulent inducement tied to the purchase of a vehicle, Plaintiff moves to remand arguing that the amount in controversy (“AIC”) does not meet the jurisdictional minimum for diversity jurisdiction in federal court. (Doc. 9-1 at 9.) For the reasons set forth below, the motion is GRANTED. I.
