(Doc. 1). The action was transferred to this Court on May 9, 2025. (Docs. 6, 7). On September 22, 2025, the Court adopted the findings and recommendations of the undersigned (see Doc. 8), denied Plaintiff’s motion for temporary restraining order, and dismissed Plaintiff’s complaint with leave to amend certain claims.
