14 15 On August 4, 2025, Plaintiff initiated this action seeking judicial review of a final 16 decision of the Commissioner of Social Security denying an application for disability benefits 17 pursuant to the Social Security Act. (ECF No. 1.) On August 5, 2025, the Court issued a 18 scheduling order. (ECF No. 5.) Pursuant to the scheduling order, Plaintiff’s opening brief was 19 due 30 days after the filing of the administrative record. (Id. at 2.) The administrative record 20 was lodged on October 1, 2025 (ECF No. 9); thus, Plaintiff’s opening brief was due by October 21 31, 2025.
