INTRODUCTION Currently before the Court is Defendants’ motion to dismiss this action for lack of prosecution and for failure to comply with the Court’s orders, brought pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). The matter was referred to the undersigned pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B).
