The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate 21 Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 22 On April 10, 2025, the assigned magistrate judge issued findings and recommendations 23 recommending that defendant R. Hunter’s motion to revoke plaintiff’s in forma pauperis status be 24 granted. (Doc. No. 45 at 8.)
