The matter 19 was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local 20 Rule 302. 21 On September 26, 2025, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations which 22 were served on Plaintiff and which contained notice to Plaintiff that any objections to the findings 23 and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen (14) days. (ECF No. 6.) This deadline has 24 passed, and no objections have been filed. 25 The Court presumes that any findings of fact are correct. See Orand v.
