15 TENAYA, INC. et al., 16 Defendants. 17 18 Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion to remand the case to state court. ECF 19 No. 10. Defendants filed an opposition and Plaintiffs filed a reply. ECF Nos. 12, 16. On 20 June 18, 2025, the Court held a motion hearing, took the matters under submission, and 21 ordered the parties to file supplemental briefing. ECF No. 14. The parties filed 22 supplemental briefs in accordance with that order. ECF Nos. 21-22. After due consideration 23 and for the reasons discussed below, the motion to remand is DENIED. 24 I.
