No. 92) 16 Plaintiff Tremane Darnell Carthen is a federal prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action under Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents, 403 U.S. 388 (1971). This matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. On April 4, 2024, the court adopted the assigned magistrate judge’s findings and recommendations, granted defendants’ motion to dismiss (Doc. No. 54), and dismissed this action. (Doc. No. 90.)
