[21-DAY OBJECTION DEADLINE] 16 17 Petitioner is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis with a petition for 18 writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §2254. He filed the instant petition on November 3, 19 2025. The petition does not challenge the underlying conviction, and instead presents claims 20 regarding the conditions of his confinement. Accordingly, the Court will recommend it be 21 DISMISSED. 22 DISCUSSION 23 A.
