Defendant. 14 On July 29, 2025, the Court ordered plaintiff to pay the $405 filing fee within 30 days 16 after finding he was not entitled to proceed in forma pauperis in this matter. Doc. 15. Plaintiff was warned that failure to pay the required filing fee as ordered may result in the dismissal of this action without further notice. Jd. at 2. Despite the Court’s warning, more than 30 days have 19 passed, and plaintiff has failed to pay the required filing fee. Without such payment, the action 29 || cannot proceed before the Court.
