13 Defendant. 14 15 On July 29, 2025, the Court ordered plaintiff to pay the $405 filing fee within 30 days 16 | after finding he was not entitled to proceed in forma pauperis in this matter. Doc. 15. Plaintiff 17 | was warned that failure to pay the required filing fee as ordered may result in the dismissal of this 18 | action without further notice. Jd. at 2. Despite the Court’s warning, more than 30 days have 19 | passed, and plaintiff has failed to pay the required filing fee. Without such payment, the action 29 || cannot proceed before the Court.
