17 Plaintiff Antonio G. Robles is appearing pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights 18 action. 19 I. INTRODUCTION 20 On September 18, 2025, the Court issued its Second Screening Order. (Doc. 15.) Plaintiff 21 was directed to file a second amended complaint, or a notice of voluntary dismissal, within 21 22 days. (Id. at 9.) 23 On October 17, 2025, when Plaintiff failed to file either an amended complaint or a notice 24 of voluntary dismissal, the undersigned issued Findings and Recommendations to Dismiss Action 25 for Plaintiff’s Failure to Obey Court Orders and Failure to Prosecute.
