16 17 The assigned magistrate judge issued Findings and Recommendations recommending that 18 the action be dismissed for failure to state a cognizable claim for relief. (Doc. 18.) The Court 19 served the Findings and Recommendations on Plaintiff and notified him that any objections were 20 due within 14 days. (Id. at 8.) The Court also informed Plaintiff that “the failure to file 21 objections within the specified time may result in the waiver of the ‘right to challenge the 22 magistrate’s factual findings’ on appeal.” (Id., quoting Wilkerson v. Wheeler, 772 F.3d 834, 839 23 (9th Cir. 2014).) Plaintiff did not file objections, and the time in which to do so has passed. 24 According to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1), this Court performed a de novo…
