TO DISQUALIFY JUDGE (ECF No. 9) 16 17 Plaintiff Shauntae Taylor (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil 18 rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 19 On October 22, 2025, the undersigned issued findings and recommendations that 20 Plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma pauperis be denied pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g) 21 and that Plaintiff be required to pay the $405.00 filing fee in full to proceed with this action. 22 (ECF No. 8.) Those findings and recommendations were served on Plaintiff and contained notice 23 that any objections thereto were to be filed within fourteen (14) days after service. (Id.)
