ORDER 14 ALICE NICOLAS, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding in forma pauperis and without counsel in an action 18 brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. In addition to filing a complaint, plaintiff seeks leave to proceed 19 in forma pauperis. ECF No. 2. 20 I. In Forma Pauperis Application 21 Plaintiff’s application makes the showing required by 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(1) and (2). 22 Accordingly, by separate order, the court directs the agency having custody of plaintiff to collect 23 and forward the appropriate monthly payments for the filing fee as set forth in 28 U.S.C. § 24 1915(b)(1) and (2). 25 II.
