16 On October 2, 2025, the Hon. Barbara A. McAuliffe conducted a settlement conference 17 where the parties reached a settlement agreement. (ECF No. 44.) On that same day, the Court 18 issued an order setting a 30-day deadline to file dispositional documents. (Id.) The deadline to file 19 dispositional documents has now expired, and Plaintiff has failed to file such documents or 20 otherwise request an extension of time to do so. 21 Local Rule 110 provides that “[f]ailure of counsel or of a party to comply with these Rules 22 or with any order of the Court may be grounds for imposition by the Court of any and all sanctions 23 . . . within the inherent power of the Court.” The Court has the inherent…
