17 Pending before the Court is the motion of Jonathan Omar Peña (“Counsel”), counsel for Plaintiff Danielle Kathleen Stellman (“Plaintiff”), for an award of attorney’s fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 406(b), filed on October 24, 2025. (Doc. 23). The motion seeks attorney’s fees in the amount of $29,415.00 for representing Plaintiff in federal court. Id. at 1. Defendant filed a response to the motion in which Defendant expresses no opposition to the motion, see (Doc. 25); Plaintiff did not file a response to the motion.
