Akagha is proceeding pro se in this action that was removed from 18 Fresno County Superior Court by Defendants Affinia Default Services, LLC, Lakeview Loan 19 Servicing, LLC, and Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper (collectively “Defendants”) on 20 September 15, 2025.
